Shipping Policy

Please kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (not including weekends or holidays). Please note, our time zone is Eastern Standard Time. Once shipped U.S. orders should arrive within 1-7 business days and international orders will arrive within 1-9 weeks.

Once the package has left our facility it is no longer our responsibility, please contact your local post office (USPS) with any issues regarding your delivery.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Minkini.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Minkini.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipment's regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional custom duty taxes your home country charges. International orders may be subject to additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Please know that when ordering from Minkini.com the receiver is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
