Return Policy 
Unfortunately, due to sanitary purposes, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as the item arrives. We will only consider replacing or providing a refund, if we are contacted within 3 days of receiving your package and item is still in its original brand new packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once you have contacted us about the damaged item, we will send you an email to notify you if your claim is approved. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
